Guy Grussing – Owner
Guy Grussing is the second generation of Grussing Roofing & Exteriors and has been walking on roofs for more than 40 years. Learning the business from his father, Don Grussing, our founder, Guy has the knowledge and experience to handle virtually any roofing or exterior concern. He truly cares about homeowners and property owners and is committed to helping them protect one of their biggest investments.
Guy began working in the family business at just 15 years old, installing hot tar commercial roofing systems and assisting with residential roofing projects. Those early experiences laid the foundation for the expertise, integrity, and customer-focused approach he brings to every project today.

Owner
Amy Grussing manages the office and oversees the marketing and financial operations at Grussing Roofing & Exteriors. Together, Amy and Guy combine technical expertise, sound business management, and a commitment to exceptional customer service to help homeowners protect their homes through high-quality roofing, siding, window, deck, and gutter solutions.
Amy enjoys partnering with Guy to grow their family-owned business and is passionate about serving customers, employees, and installation crews with integrity, professionalism, and excellence.

Production Manager
Mike Pengelly, Production Manager, has known the Grussing family for more than 20 years. He is responsible for all production-related customer satisfaction and oversees every aspect of the installation process from start to completion.
Mike is dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for every homeowner through attention to detail, clear communication, and outstanding customer service.

Roofing and Siding Repair Specialist
Garrett Grussing has been part of the Grussing Roofing & Exteriors team for many years and specializes in roof and siding repairs. He first learned to install shingles from his Grandpa Don Grussing, continuing the family tradition of quality craftsmanship.
Garrett’s passion for serving homeowners and building lasting customer relationships naturally led him into the family business. He is committed to providing honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service on every project.
