Guy Grussing began his roofing journey back in 1985, working alongside his father in their family roofing business. After taking a detour into sales—first with cars and later with Caterpillar forklifts—Guy returned to his roofing roots after a major hailstorm in 1998. That storm, which caused widespread damage in the Minnetonka area, reignited his passion for roofing, and he’s been working on roofs ever since. Today, Guy leads our team with decades of hands-on experience and a commitment to delivering high-quality roofing solutions.

For Amy Grussing, the numbers are just as important as the nails. With her background in finance, Amy manages the financial side of our business, ensuring smooth operations and helping clients navigate their financing options. Whether it’s scheduling appointments or answering financial questions, Amy is always ready to assist and provide personalized service.
